The platform your responders deserve, without the capital budget.

Coosada 911 operates the most advanced technology platform of any Emergency Communications District in Alabama: full CAD with MDT and mobile, next generation call handling, real-time video with First Responder Connect, and alerting. Every capability is available to partner agencies under contract, with no hardware to buy and no upgrades to fund.

Full CAD with MDT and mobile

Computer-aided dispatch configured to your agency: run cards, unit designators, response plans, and premise history. Mobile data terminals in the vehicle and a mobile app on every responder's phone deliver the call, the map, and the notes the moment a unit is assigned.

  • Agency-specific configuration and response plans
  • MDT and mobile app with silent dispatch and status
  • Live unit locations and AVL
  • Premise, hazard, and contact history
  • Reporting and records exports
  • Interfaces to your RMS and state systems

Next generation call handling

IP-based 911 call handling built for voice, TTY, images, and video, with precise device-based caller location. Calls arrive with more information and are answered by certified telecommunicators on a platform built for redundancy. We pair the platform with public safety technology from Axon, Prepared 911, RapidSOS, and more.

  • TTY and multimedia-ready call handling
  • Device-based caller location powered by RapidSOS
  • Live caller video through Prepared 911
  • Axon public safety technology
  • Geographically redundant call routing
  • Language interpretation on demand

Real-time video and First Responder Connect

Telecommunicators can open a live video link with a caller and see the scene. First Responder Connect pushes that feed, along with caller location and call notes, to the responding units so they arrive already informed.

For the caller

No app required. The caller receives a link, taps it, and the telecommunicator sees what they see.

For the responder

Video, location, and notes on the MDT or mobile app while still en route.

Verified Public Safety™ outbound calling

Coosada 911 is a founding member of the Public Safety Registry and the first PSAP in Alabama to hold Verified Public Safety™ status. Outbound calls to residents carry cryptographically signed Rich Call Data: the verified agency name, seal, and call reason, displayed on the resident's phone before they answer. Partner agencies can place verified callbacks under their own name and seal.

  • Signed Rich Call Data on every outbound call
  • Verified name, logo, and call reason on screen
  • Spoof-resistant, registry-backed identity
  • Higher answer rates on callbacks and welfare checks

Alerting and paging

Station alerting, group paging, and mobile push notifications that reach volunteer and career staff wherever they are, with acknowledgment so the telecommunicator knows who is responding.

What partner agencies pay for

The services you use. There is no CAD license to purchase, no telephony hardware to install, and no upgrade cycle to budget. When the district advances the platform, every partner advances with it.

Who this fits

Agencies of any size that want modern tools for their responders without funding and maintaining the systems themselves, and agencies already contracting with the district for call handling or dispatch.

One thirty-minute call gets it started. Most agencies have a written proposal in hand within a few business days, and you can be live in about sixty days.
